Dr. Hughes is a certified instructor of the ServSafe course. This series of three classes is designed for Owners, Managers, Food Service Directors, Cooks, Nursing Homes, Adult and Family Care Homes, Assisted Living, Adult Care Homes and DDA Homes.

Classes are taught at Wake Co. Commons Building. The cost is $30 per person per class.
